In the last issues of home business and you we found that there are two platform wherein people work from home they are: Online and Offline. Today we shall discuss the types of home job there is.

Everyday, people go into business without really knowing what its all about, we have heard and witness some people leaving heir regular salary jobs to start working from home without making any effort towards obtaining information about their interest, this very irrational action have lead many into great problems which includes self induced unemployment, depression, mental disorders due to inability to cope with pressure and challenges that may arise as a result of “leaping before you look” This is why I decided to digress a little from the theme of this blog which is (Home job check) that has to do with running a preview on home business, what to expect, how to go into it, and make the best out of it, so without much ado lets get it on. Aim: The aim of this study will enable one intending to start working from home to recognize the skill, and strategy in working from home.

There are four broad types of Home business we shall be discussing; one we shall discuss today is SERVICE.

Service business is an invisible activity rendered by one person to the other or to a company, it is very ideal to run from home example: lawyer, auditor, consultant, plumber, gardener, typist, teacher, financial agents, etc. People involve in this type of business must have acquired the necessary skill to perform their duties to a would-be client, and they must have a good customer relationship, because its people oriented business. Capital required here is small because they may not need to procure equipments, for instance if you are a good at auditing, you can start up an auditing firm from home.

REQUIRMENT:
1. Education: obtain the necessary education from other expert who are already in the field, or from school
2. Working experience: Having a pass experience in the field is very essential, you will know first hand how to handle your client, and how to tackle challenges when it arises.
3. Skill and professionalism: You obtain skill and professionalism as a result of constant practice, its quite different from Theoretical information you acquired from School, constantly dispatching your duties in the past brings about professionalism acquired through skill, it is a success born out of failure.
4. Marketing Skill: When you have gone solo doing business your own way from home, you will have to acquire extra necessary shill that is outside your field, one of such is Sales and Marketing of your service, this off course is for a short while, once you have started making some income, you will have enough capital to hire extra hands.
5. Consultant: Seek consultant, could be management, financial, account, or legal consultant. Some are very cheap, or you could be lucky to have friend or family who are professionals in the above mention field..

To succeed in this field you need to have a close relationship with your client, listen to them, be bold, courageous, and ambitious, have a positive attitude, read very wide, and make acquaintance with people who have made it in your type of work, take periodical survey to find out your performance, always seek to improve, don’t ever be satisfied to stay in a particular level longer than necessary.
